What gets an entry
A new guide. A revision that changes what a guide tells you to do. A change to the rules the site runs under, such as the disclosure policy. Anything a reader might have relied on before it moved.
Errors are not listed here. Those go to thecorrections page, which says what was wrong as well as what changed.

- - Guide published: GPSR, and whether it applies to you. A reading of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 for businesses established outside the EU, including the duties that do not apply to them, with the article number behind each claim.
- - Guide published: the EU Responsible Person. Who can hold the role under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 Art. 16 read with Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 Art. 4, and what the role owes.
- - Disclosure policy set. Any link this site earns from is labelled where it appears, not only in the footer. Paid placement, if it ever exists, is labelled as paid placement in the entry itself. Earning does not change what a guide says you have to do.
